Each paper\/poster requires a different full\/student author registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student registration requires confirmation of student status (student card copy) that is valid at the date of the conference, or in the case of student authors, that confirms they were students at the date of paper submission.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All registration types include access to the conference, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch, and social event (on November 14).
The conference dinner is only included in Author and Big Buddy registrations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Big Buddy modalities allow a teacher\/researcher (EG member) to be accompanied by two students (independently of GPCGI\/EG status) with a single application. It is equivalent to one “General GPCGI member” plus two “Student Author” (conference lunch and dinner included for the three members).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
