Call for Conference Track
The 2025 edition of the International Conference on Graphics and Interaction – ICGI’2025 – will be held on November 13 and 14, 2025, as a joint organization between ISTAR_iscte, Iscte-Sintra and the Eurographics Portuguese Chapter (GPCG). ICGI 2025 corresponds to the 32nd conference promoted by the Eurographics Portuguese Chapter – the Portuguese group of the European Association for Computer Graphics. The conference started in the late 80’s as a small symposium and has grown in importance each year.
The Scientific Program will include invited plenary presentations, presentations of long and short papers, and a poster session. Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts reporting scientific work, experiments or applications. The official languages of the conference are English and Portuguese.

- Computer Vision
- Human-Computer Interaction
- Image Processing
Including related fields such as (but not limited to):
- Computer Games
- Computer Graphics Algorithms
- Digital Arts
- Information Visualization
- Multimedia and Hypermedia
- Multimodal and Multisensory Interfaces
- Usability and UX
- User-Centered Design
- Virtual, Mixed, and Augmented Reality
- 3D Modelling and Rendering

Submission guidelines for articles
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The official languages of the conference are English and Portuguese. Articles written in Portuguese must also include the title and abstract in English. The following paper categories are welcome:
Long papers should not exceed 8 A4 pages, references included.
Short papers should not exceed 4 A4 pages, references included.
Articles should be formatted according to the instructions available at: Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings, and should not present any information that identifies their authors – double blind review . Authors may cite their own work in a third-person format (e.g., “Author et al. [x]” or “[BFRP]”) to maintain the integrity of the double-blind review process. Direct references to personal identities should be avoided.

Publication
Accepted conference papers will appear in the ICGI 2025 digital proceedings (book with ISBN) and, similar to previous ICGI editions, will be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library (short and full papers).
