Conference Access
All registration types include access to the conference and conference materials.
Coffee Breaks & Lunches
Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference are included in all registration types.
Social Event
The social event is included in Full Author and Student Author registrations.
Important Registration Conditions
Author registration
Each accepted paper requires a separate Full Author or Student Author registration.
Student status
Student registration requires valid proof of student status. For Student Authors, the proof must confirm student status at the date of paper submission.
Big Buddy registration
The Big Buddy option allows one teacher or researcher who is an EG member to register together with two student authors in a single registration.
Cancellation policy
All ICGI 2026 registrations are non-refundable.
One-Year Eurographics Membership Included
ICGI 2026 registration includes a one-year Eurographics (EG) membership, subject to the conditions below.
- The EG membership will be of the same type as the ICGI registration category (full or student).
- For new members, the membership period starts in January 2027.
- Existing EG members will have their membership extended by one year from the end date of their current membership.
- For students, the offer applies only if student status is retained during the corresponding membership period.
- Student status must be confirmed using the official Eurographics Student Certificate Form and submitted as indicated during registration.
- Participants who do not wish to benefit from the membership offer may decline it during registration. The registration fee remains unchanged.
