GPCGI has new governing bodies for the 2026-2028 biennium.

Following the elections, Paula Alexandra Silva (UC) assumes the presidency of the Board of Directors, becoming the first woman to preside over the Group since its foundation, marking an important milestone in the history of GPCGI!

The new team aims to continue the work of the previous administration, as well as strengthen and expand the community, revitalize scientific events, renew the graphic identity, and reinforce the Group’s communication and online presence.

The composition of the new governing bodies is as follows:

Board of Directors: Paula Alexandra Silva (President), Miguel Melo (Vice-President), and Alfredo Ferreira (Treasurer).

General Assembly Board: António Coelho (President) and Alexandrino Gonçalves (Secretary).

Fiscal Council: Paulo Dias (President), José Creissac Campos and Anabela Marto (Members).
